Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same banking business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). phfun77 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider.

phfun77's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phfun77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Created multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.

Upon termination for cause, phfun77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including both real money and bonus funds. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
